His core strengths lie in hospital operations, quality systems, and accreditation standards including NABH and ISO, where he has successfully guided institutions towards excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.

Praveena is a seasoned healthcare management professional with over a decade of experience across hospital operations, administration, service excellence, and quality management. Having worked with leading institutions including Aster Medcity, Manipal Hospitals, and Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital, she brings deep expertise in managing complex, multi-functional hospital environments.At FLAB Healthcare, she leads the Operations vertical, working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to strengthen processes, improve patient experience, and drive operational excellence. Hands-on, outcome-driven, and deeply committed to quality, Praveena combines strong leadership with practical execution to deliver lasting impact for every hospital she engages with.

Dr. Pavithra is an experienced healthcare quality and accreditation professional with over 8 years of expertise in hospital quality management and nearly 5 years of clinical experience as a dentist. She has successfully led multiple hospitals through NABH, NABL, and ISO accreditation, including full and entry-level certifications. Skilled in process design, documentation, audits, and patient safety systems, she has worked with reputed institutions such as SRM Prime Hospital, Parvathy Specialty Hospital, and Kauvery Hospital. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and trained NABH professional, Dr. Pavithra specializes in building quality frameworks that enhance clinical governance, operational efficiency, and compliance across healthcare institutions.
